GISELA FULLÀ-SILVESTRE (she/they) is a sound designer, sound mixer and music composer at Konsonant Music.
From Barcelona, she finished her degree in sound design & film scoring from Berklee College of Music and moved to Brooklyn, New York to begin working in the field.
As a sound designer/mixer, her recent films have premiered at Sundance (Buck, Superior), Tribeca Film Institute (Building the American Dream, Landfall), Berlinale (Superior, Broken Bird), BFI London (Cicada) and AFI Docs (White Noise).
She has worked as a sound editor for films produced by Martin Scorsesse (The Wannabe), Jim Jarmusch (Only Lovers Left Alive) and Larry Clark (Marfa Girl). Her sound design for the Prince Rama psych opera was premiered at MOMA. She was also a Sound Designer for the Sound Library Damage by Heavyocity (2011, Native Instruments).
Some other sound credits for film are Lost In the Sun (2014, Trey Nelson), Jack of the Red Hearts (2016, Janet Grillo), and The Europa Report by Sebastian Cordero (2012, Magnolia Pictures).

As a music composer, she has written music for the film iGilbert (directed by Adrian Martinez and featuring Dascha Polanco), for the MTV documentary series RebelMusic (Netflix) and she wrote the music for the Coca Cola/Walmart Christmas National US TV spot (2015).
Under NOIA, her solo project, she combines traditional Spanish singing with electronic production. She has released 2 albums via Cascine Records (Yumi Zouma, Lemonade, Maria Usbeck etc).
Her latest record came out in 2019 and has been named best EP of the year by magazines such as Stereogum, Remezcla, Gorilla Vs Bear. NPR mentioned NOIA as one of the new Spanish speaking artists to watch and Rolling Stone gave the record a 4 star review.
Singles “Nostalgia del Futuro” and “Itaca Tropical” have around 2 million plays on Spotify. As NOIA she’s performed at SXSW (she was featured as artist of the day), Corona Festival Anagrama, she has performed as a supporting act for El Guincho, Nite Jewel, Kristin Kontrol, Empress Of, Shy Girls, Buscabulla and more.
